3) "Letter of Loss was submitted on Grievance karnataka's (Nodal Office) request.

With reference to the above, I would like to bring to your kind notice that as per request of Grievance karnataka, I have submitted Letter of Loss to your Idea outlet- " Eshwar Telelinks" on 17-01, whose acknowledge cum service number is 320227643. I have also mailed the copy of the letter as attachment through e mail.

Having said that, I have not received any reply whatsoever from your end relating to said complaint. I hope, on reading this mail, reply from your end will be made at the earliest and also justices in the form of compensation would be made.

It has been a very long time that I have been waiting for your reply.

As I have not got any reply in spite of sending a follow up mail also I thought of completing the final procedure which you requested in few days back that is to submit the “Letter of Loss incurred” in any Idea outlet.

However I have submitted the letter on 17-Jan in “Eshwar Telelinks” in Hanumanth Nagar as a acknowledgement they have provided me the Service Request No. and that is “320227643”.

I thought I will be getting any kind of reply for the submission of letter but even after waiting for the 3-4 working days I have not received any kind of reply from your kind.

Please note I will be waiting for the reply of this mail till 25-Jan that is as per acknowledgement mail 3 working days and if I am not getting any kind of response from your end then I need to take some kind of legal action.

Please do let me know the status of Service Request No. 320227643.

Madam,

I would like to bring to kind notice that as per your requirement, I have already submitted the Driving License and Gas Connection Document for identify proof and address proof respectively to your Sales Executive in person.

On further request raised by you, I have also forwarded you the scanned copy of the Rental agreement to the aforesaid mailing address.

According to me, the documents are sufficient valid documents for re-activating my connection which was disconnected wrongly by you.

While obtaining a prepaid connection, I submitted valid address proof and identification Proof, based on which you have activated my connection. Now on converting this connection from prepaid to postpaid, you are again said us to submit the address proof and I.D proof for your verification, which was duly comply by me.

After few Days, my connection was deactivated without any proper intimation, in writing for stating the reasons for deactivation.

Now on fulfilling all your demand relating to the documents, my idea number is still deactivated which is causing a great inconvenience to me.

On 25-09, your customer care cell called me to resubmit the Identification proof which I have already submitted in the form of Driving License. This is really causing a great inconvenience/harassment.

Dear Ms. Preeti,

Please find the attached mail of Rental Agreement Scanned and send to you as per your advice.

I think the Issue has not yet been resolved, it will get resolved once you activate my number and also please let me know that who is the responsible person for my barred of Incoming and Outgoing calls.

As per your executive Mr Jayaramu I have submitted all the documents he wanted to activate.

He asked me the below documents:-

1. Two Sets of Passport size photo.

2. ID Proof and

3. Address Proof.

Photo and ID Proof was ok but as a Address proof I had only Gas bill and I confirmed with him and he said it is ok he can take it as a supporting document.

But two days later when I got a message as my Outgoing call is going to get barred at that time itself I called him and asked what is the matter, why it is going to get barred he told me that his executive has lost my Address proof that’s why He requested to me that once again I need to scan and send it to his mail ID and immediately I did it.

Next day morning he called me and said that he is sending his executive as he needed a hard copy with my siganature I did that one too and I confirmed with him that when my outgoing call will be activated he said with in 24 hours.

But after 24 hours when I checked it was not activated and I called him but he dint picked up my call, After some time I called him from different number he picked and said some story and when I asked him when it is going to get activated he said I need to write a letter, scan and send it to him and even that I did, but it was all no use.

Finally, as he was not answering to my call I wrote a mail to him but he dint replied for my mail also.

Please let me know in the above scenario what was my mistake so that you barred my Incoming and Outgoing for which I have suffered a lot.

In any case I don’t wanted my number to get de-activated as it is my business number and it wouldn’t have been if your executive have communicated to me properly.

Please do let me know the reason and also please please activate my number ASAP.

Hi Nagalaxmi,

Can you help me to solve the below issue.

As the below person is not at all responding to my mails nor attending the calls of mine.

I have migrated my number from pre paid plan to post paid plan.

Activation of post paid plan was successful but after two days my outgoing calls has been barred.

When I asked him the reason he said that his executive has written my previous address instead of current address and he requested to scan and re-send him a current address proof as a supporting doc I have scanned my current Address gas bill and sent to him.

Next day he called me and said he need a hard copy as verification team is not agreeing with the soft copy, I said ok and he sent his executive and I have submitted him the hard copy with my signature.

I have scanned and the address proof and sent him on 16-sep.

And I have submitted a hard copy to his executive on 17-sep.

But till know my outgoing has not got activated but with addition to that, on 21-Sep-10 my incoming call also got deactivated without any information to me and know I have the sim which is of no use and I am not getting any kind of responses from your executive.

When I am calling to your customer care executive they are not ready to register a complaint and neither they are giving any kind of request number, they are just saying that contact with that concerned person and that person is not at all picking the call of mine nor responding to my mail.

Please help and activate my outgoing and Incoming call as soon as possible I am very much need of it and I am suffering as my outgoing and incoming calls are deactivated.

Please do the need full and get back to me if you need any kind of further assistance from end.

2. Xerox copy of Driving license as ID proof and

3. Gas bill as current Address proof.

Please let me know the reason in spite of submitting all the documents requested as per your executive, Why? My Incoming and Outgoing call has been barred.

Below are the details of concerned person to whom I have contact for the help but it was of no use.

1. Jayaramu – 9845665076.

2. Pushpa – 98442773009.

Pushpa was the first person who has called me and approached me to take a post paid connection.

Jayaramu is the Pushpa’s with whom assurance I have taken the post paid connection.

And know Iam depending on you, please give me some good result.

Subject: Barred of Outgoinig Calls.

Hi Jayaramu,

May I know the reason why my out going call facility has not yet been activated in spite of submitting all the documents to you as per your advice.

My out going call facility has been barred on 16.09.2010 and the same day in the evening itself I have scanned my new Address proof and send it to your mail ID as per your request.

The very next day in the morning you called me and told that you need a hard copy, and you send your executive to my residential address and I have submitted the hard copy to him, when I confirmed with him and with your customer care executive as per them it should get activated with in 24 hours and today it has been more than 96 hours and still it has not been activated.

Please do let me know the reason behind this???..

Please note I am facing lots of issues with out outgoing calls

Hope for the quick reply from your end and also do let me know is this kind of issues are on going to your company.

And also I would like to know you that I have experienced a very poor quality of service from your company
