Sub: My provident fund application Status. My account No MH 37363/D/2141

I had worked with IL & FS property management services. From Sep.2008 to April I had submitted my P F Form on the same day when I relived April 5th 10’ from IL&FS, but after 6 month of my reliving ie.on

12 Oct IL & FS property management services submitted my P F documents.

I haven't get any response from Mumbai P F department and I tried there Telephone Phone Numbers: (Code 022 for Mumbai STD Code) 26474444, 26470031, 26470008, 26470033, 26470032. Approx 100 times but its always busy. When I am contacting my previous company IL&FS they were telling me that they have forwarded all the formalities to P F Company Commissioner Office Bandra Mumbai

Yet the amounts have not been credited to my account nor have I received any kind of cheque/dd/pay order. When I checked the status in online http://epfindia.nic.in/indiaepf/loginnew.aspx it shows (pl find below details)

State: MAHARASHTRA / Region: BANDRA / Establishment Code :

37363 / Employee No : 2141

No Records Found

Either Claim is not submitted

or

Claim is settled / returned before 01/01

So, kindly Please help me out in this regards the status of my provident fund application ASAP. My account No MH 37363/D/2141
