Money Transfer Issue

I want to share my experiecne with ur UAE Exchange branch that was place in Punjab State Hoshiarpur City that was i just visit recently. I just go over there to collect my Amount which my brother send me from Australia. when they ask me about my Identity proof over there name was different by my bother fault. he put my Short name (Nikk name) as money reciver. So my identity was not match that refuse me to give Amount. Even my Brother call them from Aus. they not accpet any thing what ever he says to them.. ok that all.. they said we can not give amount to this name person so if u wana then change name we can pay for that.

Exchange manager make Issue like Sir name or what ever other things .. if i give this amount then company take any legal action against my job ok . i will agree with this all. But

Now tell me know . after my this all incident One lady come over there. she have same problem too. her ser name also not match she have same problem too .but she make some excuse after some time they pay too her Amount... now let me know that time they dont have same process??? when i ask why u pay her. they said no we are not pay any one. like try to hide there mistake.

One person rule differ or for other one rules differ whats that. I need a legal action against this all Issue. Here manager cant listen my any word. Even I told them i make complaint about all this Issue. they said that lady match identy with that person who send amount .. even they not talk with that person who send that amount... in my Case my brother phone them From Australia. too tell them this is the person who u have too pay by mistake i put his nikk name ..

Now i dont know what Action company take about this all matter. but as much i listen about UAE Exchange.. Sorry this company emloyess not like that.

Rules are same for every one.

I hope i never Visit UAE Exchange again.. or even i Suggest too other also..

Thats really bad.. Now upto Company what they can Do for this matter.

I offically submit this Complaint to UAE Exchange head Office .. but they not take any step.
