Not getting Tax Refund

I am supposed to get a Tax Refund of Rs 2980 for the Assessment year 09, but I have not recieved it till date.

E-filing Acknowledge number is : 31637990310708

PAN No is: AFSPT9070L

Kindly help me in this regard.
