Income tax Clerk asking bribe

Dear Sir,

I Mr. Harishchandra B Vishwakarma. PAN: AAAPV5787F, have not received my Income Tax Refund for the A.Y 10. When i approached my income tax ward clerk to inquire about my refund, he says that "You have refund of Rs.37770 interest of Rs.4000 (approx). so pay me that interest part and take your refund. I was shocked to hear this from his mouth. I had expected a sum of Rs.100 to 500.

I have approached him 3 times but he is not clearing my refund. I have received my refund of earlier years as well as for A.y 11 (since filled e-return).

He has given me his mobile No. and asked me to call and come with Rs. 4000/-

Now What should i Do.
