Deletion of PAN wrongly by ITD

I have been alotted PAN no. AGEPK0042N. My date of birth is 24-04-1965. I have come to know that my PAN has been deleted from the database of income tax department in the impression of thinking it double. But I have only this single PAN from inception.

My refunds are also pending for the AY 09-10 & 11. I have already submitted application to ITO Karnal with required documents and reminder for its revalidation. But in vain.

Kindly do the needful.
