WRONG ENTRY DATE OF BIRTH IN IT RECORDS

I am Srinivasan Haripriya, applied and got PAN card, in which Date of Birth was entered correctly as19/10/1965, but when I went to verify, on a query received from one of a Bank to whom I applied for a loan, found that my date of birth was wrongly entered as 20/05/1964, but all other columns are matching. Where I should complain to get redressal. My PAN is AAGPH1430F, in jurisdiction CHE/W/142/2. The matter is most urgent, as I have to correct the wrong entry and get the loan sanctioned.
