E-issue of pan card with corrections

Espected sir/madam i surendra prasad son of shri chhathu ram was issued pan card number AIUPP3204H which has wrong spelling in father's name i.e chattu ram prasad.

i have submitted an application with id proof (driving license-photostat) for re-issue of pan card.please take the required steps at earliest and dispatch it.i will be very thankful to you.
