Non - receipt and short receipt of Tax Refund

My name is Hitendra Kumar Biyani. My PAN No. is AEDPB0224L. I have the following grievances:

1. A.Y. 06: I have not received Assessment Order and Refund against TDS of Rs. 3836/- and Tax Liability Nil.

2. A.Y. 09: I was given credit of Rs. 5685/- only against actual TDS of Rs. 8349/-, i.e. short credit of Rs. 2664/-.

3. A.Y. 10: I was given credit of Rs. 8240/- only against actual TDS of Rs. 9015/-, i.e. short credit of Rs. 775/-.

I have written to the ITO with all the documents and reminding them regularly without any response from their side.

Pl. help me to get my dues from the Income Tax Department.
