Tax Refund for the Year 2009

My Income Tax return was filed on 17 Jul in Ward No.7 (4) vide receipt No.07441025758 for assessment year 2008 - 2009.

I haven't received my tax refund of Rs.79, 590.00 as of present date.

Can I know the exact problem for the delay for the tax refund?
