PAN NO. ABQPG 6451 N ACTIVATION

Respected Sir,

I am Govt.school teacher I have only one pan no. ABQPG 6451 N Since 1999. I have been using it in various purposes like HOMELOAN, PPF, TDS ETC. My pan is deactivated by the incometax department. I meet with my A.O.2 (2) in this regard. He told me that my pan detail is mismatching with JAIPUR'S same name person. I submitted my documents in this matter in MARCH.But my pan is not retained from Jaipur. Since that I requested in written three times. But my pan can not be activated till date. I am awaiting my refund of Rs4100/-of A.Y. 10 till date due to this matte
