Not Receiving of PAN Card

Long days ago I'm confirmed that my PAN card is received by you.

But since I'm not received the PAN card yet.

How much time to send me the above becoz I need that urgently.

Is it true, my friends & collegues told me that Express it courier service is worse than others. I believe it is true coz as per the present scenario.
