Pan card not received since long

Dear Sir,

For the last few years, I am awaiting my Pan Card No. AASPB2571R which has not been received from the concerned deptt.

Needless to mention that above pan card no. was intimated through a letter but the original pan card has not been received my end so far.

Under the circumstances please take appropriate action in the matter so that I can get my pan card.
