Refund not received from past 3 yrs

Hello Sir

My Pan card Number is AHEPC9233A and i am firing Income tax return from past 3 yrs and unfortunately i am not receiving any refunds, today when i checked the status of my refund online it says "Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker."

now i called up SBI help desk and they say my Pan card number is not updated so they have not issues me any refund, and they gave me a number 01242438000 where i have to call and get my Pan number updated into the system, i called up there and the people wasted 30 mins and said that you have to contact the branch where you fired you IT return, now I am in bangalore and the return was fired in Mumbai, is there a way i can get it sorted online and i dont have to travel from city to city like old days as this is the era of Information technology
