Refund of Rs 2491 not received. Met the dealing official on September but was told that migration of PAN number from Delhi was awaited. Then in one of the meeting was told that though migration has been received but there is a demand for Rs 79, 021 for which letter shall be sent. NO demand letter received. I feel this assesment is not correct which can be rechecked with the documents submitted along with return.
Met Shri S.L. Yadav Assistent Commissioner Grivences on September 09 who assured that he would resolve within a week but I have not heard so far. Tried to contact him on phone number 2544574 given by him but the Lady answering said this number does not belong to him and she was not able to give his correct number.
Thus complaint for help for speedy action
