TDS Return

Hello Sir,

I am a Employee in a News Channel on Contract Basis. According to the income Tax Department there is a deduction of TDS from my salary of 10.15%. I had filed ITR-4 for financial year 2009 and filed for the year 2010 also but did not get my TDS return. My PAN is ABCPW3189P. Will You Please Suggest me how can iget my tds Return.
