Date of Birth wrong printed

This is MUTYALA VEERABABU. s/o KOTESWARAO. My PAN number is BHUPM9013K. In my pan card Date of birth is wrongly printed that 10-11-1988 instead of 10-10-1988. How can i correct it, please inform me. My mail id is [email protected]
