Income Tax (PAN Card)
Error in name

I received PAN Card from Income Tax Department (bearing No. AVXPM3896J) in which my name entered erroneously as "MITTAPALYAM CHENCHU RAJU" instead of "MITTAPALYAM CHENCHU REDDY". Kindly correct my name and issue a fresh PAN card at the earliest please.
