Sir,
I have applied for duplicate pan card online as i have lost the first one.
I have applied it 50 days back. i have sent all the required docs properly.
First i got a mail that my photo is not clear and i have to send another one.
I have sent one photo as per the suggestion from their customer care unit.
Again i got a same mail that my photo is not clear and i have to again send another one.
This time as per their suggestion i took a new photo specifically for this PAN card purpose with red background and without Spectacles.
Again now the same issue. They are now telling my Photo is not clear. My Eyes are not clearly visible. And again suggesting for another new photo.
Don't know whether if i ll send another photo whether they will accept that or not.
This is very frustrating services from the PAN card TIN Call center.
Please help me.
