Correction in name and father's name

I HEMANT KUMAR SHARMA have just received my PAN Card today on 23-04 on which my first name has been wrongly printed as HAMENT KUMAR SHARMA. My correct name is "HEMANT KUMAR SHARMA". My father's name has also been wrongly printed as TRILOK NATH SHARMA and the correct name of my father is "T R I L O K I NATH SHARMA".

Please correct accordingly and oblige!
