Respected Sir,

I had my account open at Punjab National Bank Branch: Noida Naya Bas (U.P.),

Delhi. My account number is 272600 1500001019. I have shifted to Lucknow.

I want a new cheque book but your branch has said to transfer my account first to Lucknow. So i have submitted an application in your Indira Nagar Branch (Branch Code : 185300) on 7th December. But till date it has not been transfered yet.

So i want that you pay attention to this matter and act accordingly.
