I had Reliance broadband Internet connection last 6 month. My user id is 347055796085

1. Since 17/05 my R broadband connection is not working, so I have made complaint at reliance customer care. I was told that somebody will call shortly and the resolve this issue within 24 hrs as per SLA. I told them about the urgency and requested to do it soon as I facing so many problems in my bussines.. next day he visited to my office and checked all connections and informed my staff that there is no connection issue at office all are ok here and problem from server side (there end only), he is going check from office and resolved the issue. But that day issue was not solved.

Couple of days after I have checked with customer care with progress of my compliant. I was shocked to hear that my request has been closed as Technician told him that issue has been resolved! When I confronted the customer support that this is a lie, they told that this is the status mentioned while closing the call. When I asked him, how should they closed this case without getting confirmation from client whether issue is resolved or not, he simply say we don’t know, we will updating the case status only.

customer care person asked me to he is going to raised new complaint with today’s date, when I asked him as my issue was not solved yet with previous compliant number, so open the previous complain and they have simply denied. They have provided me new complaint number (new no: 124815127) and I was told that they mentioned the case as high priority within one day they resolved the issue.

after thar i hv called so many times in customer care till 25th of may .finally my problem is resolved after 7 days .then i ask for the waiver because i am not used this connection in between 17th may to 25th may i hv complained again in customer care (no is 128124769).they answer me your issue is been resolved within 72 hours.today i called again at 30337777 regarding my complaints they told me u r nor getting any waiver bcs your complained on 17th of may has resolved within 24 hours.this is really pathetic wat u all are doing with a customer i ask her i want to talk with a she told me the senior is not able to talk now, she give a number of my nodal officer nilam chatterjee at 09832022168 but she is not present this time and the person who recived the phone he told me i don/t know anything you talk to ms.payel at 03330331471 but from last 1 hour she is not recieving the phone.o you pls tell me wat i'll do.

I am just having a hard tim with these reliance people... What the heck is really going on..

EVEN FOR BROADBAND HIGH SPEED CONNECTION COMPLAINTS ARE TAKING 3 DAYS TIME TO RECTIFY .IN THAT WE CAN UNDERSTAND HOW ITS SERVICE IS THERE FOR CUSTOMERS FROM RELIANCE NET CONNECTION PROVIDER.THEY SHOULD UNDERSTAND THIS PROBLEM HOW ITS IMPORTANT IS THERE IN MARKET NET CONNECTION.IF ITS DISONNECT FOE 1 SEC ALSO ITS LOSS FOR CUSTOMERS TRADING ONLINE.REALLY GREAT FOOL I WAS NOW I AM WORRYING THAT WHY I BELIEVE THIS GROUP I HAVE TO SEE THE BEST SERVICES.THANKS TO THIS GROUP WHERE I LEARN.
