Dear Sir or Madam,

I had booked my gas on 25th March & then re-booked it on 30th after discovering that the IVR bbking had not reached the agency though i got the booking No.232 for reference. My consumer No. is 06175 & Agency's name is Tanushree Gas Service, Mayur Vihar, Phase -1, Delhi - 110091. I request you to kindly take strict action as this delay was deliberate due to hike in Price after the budget as the invoice read 30th March with the previous price.
