Salary not received

Hi

I have mentioned my below e-mail which i had sent to the previous company, asking for my full salary and salary break up structure.

They does not have any value or even they did not had given any response to my below mail yet. Head office is in GURGAON, the have kept so many uneducated employees in ECF (employee clearance form team). They do not even talk a single sentence in ENGLISH. Pathetic people to serve. Please do needful to get my problems solved.

I am Sai ramesh k who has resigned on 6th of sep 2011 and my last working

day in the company was 30th sep 2011.

MY emp id is 170817.

I got my salary Cheque from your side of amount of 7629.49rs/- which was an incorrect amount as per my attendance.

I need a correct break up structure for this. I was having so many paid leaves as pending as well. I had punched my attendance on all those days which i was on the notice period.

I need my full salary. How can you all eat my salary without showing a correct reason.

This is the way to treat an employee at last when he is submitted his resignation papers.?

I am going to file a case just after 2 days if i did not receive any feedback from you side.

I feel pity on company who does not care an employee at any stages. Forces employees to resign from the company without reason and later on cheating those all after deducting their salary as well. I am well aware of the procedures which i can choose against your ignorance to my Liberties / Rights.

So kindly act on this and provide my full salary as soon as possible.}}
