Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that we had availed a Loan of Rs. 20 lakhs from M/s. India Bulls & as per there settlement Letter which was issued by there south head, we cleared the said loan within the time & installments given to us. On I requesting for NOC I was told that with 30 to 45 days I would get NOC or Clearance Certificate, but i never got the same, instead i was told that my loan A/c is still active & i need to pay more to get the same. So I took up the matter with RBI Bangalore first & i was directed to RBI NBFC dept New Delhi, one Mr. Kamal Kumar Mishra dept of NBFC asked to give them some Time. Now its more than 5 months & we are getting Court Summons from India Bulls. Kindly advise me how do I take up the Matter & the Concerned Dept to take up the matter legally as i am not able to bare the Harassment.
