Dear Sir, last september month 25th 2009. I am purchase jewel at Joy Alukkas at merchant outlet by for the amount Rs.1000/- Due to the server block the txn was captured twice and merchant have received the payment only once for the approval code 003910.

In the mean while observed the the card holder a/c has been debited twice wherein our ME hasbeen paid only once.

Hence ia request to release the amount to the acount ASAP.

Here I am complained last one month no reply for us kindly my money return our account.
