Harsh In Behaviou

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that all the staffs in the Indian bank of Maraimalainagar branch (Near Chengalpet, Chennai, Tamilnadu) are very harsh in behaviour. When anyone ask them for anything they are very rude and show faces to all. Except doing work they all do everything in the bank. And whenever I visit the bank its impossible to hear any good comments abt the bank staffs from the public. They delay in all the works.. we are made to wait for a very long time in the long queue.. and just imagine the old aged people who are hurt by the the harsh words. None of the staffs sit in their seats for more than 10 mins and not even come back to their seats that soon.

Its really pathetic on who have account in this bank as everytime they come to the bank and go with guiltiness of why to open an account in this branch. I would like to suggest that if some officials who are incharge for these kind of public grievances can very well step into this bank without the staffs knowledge and can do the verification. If some changes happens because of some remedies we public will be grateful and also this would be a lesson for all the other staffs who behave in the same way.

Expecting for a change when i visit the bank next time.
