Harsh in behaviou

Espected sir / madam

this is to inform you that staffs of the indian bank in ganesh nagar (near tilak nagar) are very harsh.when i ask him for net banking form everyone send to the other person and when i had fill my form no one submit my form.there was a staff in the bank they throw my form and asked me to come to the next day.

please do the needful
