Educational loan

Hi,

I was went to dindigul IOB branch to apply educational loan for me... But before that i had applied in online... I said this to that particular officer then he said bring that online registration conformation sheet. But i couldn't get it in web... Say me a better solution for this and also what is proper procedure for online registration for educational loan in Indian Overseas Bank...
