DEBIT CARD MONEY DEDUCTION

Dear Sir,

My wife had purchased one uncut diamond set on 06.05.2011 from the Sect 18, Noida branch of Tanishq. The total cost of the set was around Rs. 63783.00. This payment was made thru two debit cards. However, payment of Rs. 13783.00 (which was first made thru my IOB debit card (Mr. Tarun Kaushik) got bungled as on the first attempt thru the IOB debit card, she was told by the Tanishq staff that payment could not be realized. She, therefore, paid Rs. 13783.00 from our third debit card.

But, on checking our IOB account statement, we observed that Rs. 13783.00 had actually been debited by Tanishq on 06.05.11. So Rs. 13783.00 have been paid twice to Tanishq.

Since, I live in Bareilly, so I am sending you my complaint thru mail. But Tanishq says that they have received payment only once.

You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to pay back to me Rs. 13783.00.

Request you to respond at the earliest.
