Efusal of nominee claim

My name is Kabita Bose & my uncle has made me the nominee for his savings in post office. As i have approched thru RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT regarding the claim after he expired, the postal department has refused to do so. The senior supt of post office does't understand his duties & responsiblity & is an impatient to hear the plea.

Pls advice whom to approch & how to approch.
