2, 00, 000=00 released after this payment spent 4, 00, 000=00 for construction.dhl not release of the balance 2, 30, 000=00. dhfl staff so many unnecessary arguments. Empty promissory, cheques and all original documents are kept dhfl.why they insist insurance and not

release the balance amount at a time.

my request is release balance of 2, 30, 000=00 and start EMI and with out pre-EMI
