Complaint against three kanpur staff

To whom it may concern

Dear sir,

I am very worried about tnt future business because your three staff of kanpur they always misbehave with me and with my staff i have given very good business to tnt in last five year but in last year company was growing and constructing so there was much problem was fund and in this period two time your cheque have bounced but urgently i cleared the payment you can see your record but after report of your three person tnt close again my a/c and when i request to your kanpur staff atul and harjinder to reopen our a/c they directly abuse me and my company and told me you go any where to my higher authority and complaint there we never worried

sir, first time he advice me your a/c is closed here you send some item cash trough tnt and when i reopen your a/c i will adjust your discount amount in your a/c so i have send approx 5 parcel trough tnt on cash payment approx 20000 you can also see it and now after abusing they are telling go any where we will report in tnt and without our confirmation tnt will not open your a/c but sir i have to prepare to go in consumer forum court against three staff atul, harjinder and jitender i have great loss due to not support of these three person so i request me me higher authority see my matter and take action about these all three people and reopen my a/c

just because of these three persons I am planning to join to another international courier services for my future business bt this is to fact still I am waiting for tnt reply and if they all xcuse and promise me that they not bad behave in future then I’l forget everything otherwise I must go in consumer forum court through proper channel with the export council and chamber of commerce.

i have some evidence which your staff mr atul sms me this is very bad sms for a company boss they are using very rough language and he is very proud that he is doing job in tnt . iam hoping you will take legal action against these three irresponsible persons and reopen my a/c and oblige me
