PAN CARD not recieved

I applied for PAN CARD for me and also for my wife on 03.12.09 through an Agency TRIPLE iii (T.N.Regd No.201 LOCATED AT 44/169, First floor, Nelson Manickam Road, Choolaimedu, Chenna-600094 with following phone:044-32029966, Mobile:9677094949 / 9677098989 / 9841443449 / 9841433229.

The Agency is poor in service. As per their advertisement through SMS that they will arrange PAN CARD in 12 working days. But as on date, it is almost two months over. I am yet to recieve my PAN card.
