Fraudulant bank

I Have opened "zero Balance " account with AXIS BANK at Chittoor., AP few years back. They have suddenly changed my status from zero balance to ordinary account and charges Rs.3200 for FY10 for not maintaining AQB. This is not informed me at any time. I have asked a written reply about this but in vein. The worst bank i have ever seen
