I am a resident of gavthan lane no 4 andheri (west) off j p road (opp hanuman mandir) In my lane no 4 there is a illegal building being constructed the bmc has granted permission of a 7 storey building (under sra scheme) slum redevelopement - in actual there were only 3 tenants and a constructed bungalow
Some goons in the area (one is a fianancer baba chohan- rings a bell (accused in the bomb blast case of 93) and where do they get there funds do the income tax people check on it (also includes younis khatri - a small time builder (who has build illegal structures around this beautiful village and the question is does he pay his taxes - where do they get there funds (the corporator is related to baba chohan) and is supporting these structures to increase his bank votes
THEY HAVE PAID RS 4 CRORES IN CASH TO THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAS THE TAX BEEN PAID (?) PLEASE DO FORCE THEM TO PAY ALSO THE OTHER BUIDINGS CONSTRUCTED
I beg u please do have an enquiry as to how and why these few people get away with such illegal activites
Mr hyginus dilima (a social activisit )- is fighting a lone and failing battle and has been stabbed and no real action is been taken the people of the village want u to do a real investigation
And hope that truth and good justice prevails
Corrupt officals should be questioned and the building should be brought down
