YET NO POSITIVE RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM AIRTEL DTH PERSONALS. ]]]]]

Dear sir,

I have applied for new connection via 12148.

Mr. LAXMAN had guided me for product AIRTEL HD. Had ordered it on

SATURDAY I.e 11/9 & made payment via credit card.

Now according to Mr. LAXMAN & commitment he made was same day

installation. And failed with this commitment. I had thrice asked him

that will installation be done by today EVENING. And he repeatedly told

yes.

I talked to 12148 many times and told will do installation on

12/9. & was nt installed.

yet as on today I.e 13/9 installation is not done. I hve called

in morning for the same & talked with Mr. NILESH. He told me will check

status & call u within a hour. Since i didnt received any call after 3

hrs I called again. The representative didn't told me name & whn I

inquired about my new connection he talked rudely tht it will be

installed & told me not to call again and again for the same and

disconnected call.

Since after this attitude of AIRTEL dth personal, I thnk eirther AIRTEL

have no interest to sell product & is only interested in harassment &

thinks customers are their PEONS.

Hope to resolve this matter at earliest.

WITH REFERENCE TO ABOVE MAIL.

I HAD CONTACTED 12148 & HAD CONVERSATION WITH MR.NILESH. AND HAD

GUIDED ME TO CONTACT DISTRIBUTOR IN AREA. I HAD PLACED ORDER WITH

AIRTEL 12148 ONLINE AND WHY I SHOULD CONTACT DISTRIBUTOR.

SECONDLY I HAVE CONTACTED DISTRIBUTOR. AND DISTRIBUTOR TOLD ME THAT

COMPANY IS NOT SENDING HD SET TOP BOX, AND MISGUIDING CUSTOMERS & FOR

IT DISTRIBUTOR HAVE TO SUFFER AND HEAR WORDS.

REQUESTED TO REVERT AT EARLIEST.

Dear sir,

I have sent above mail at [email protected]

Airtel customer care 12148 is misguiding me. you can go through above

mail and oblige.

At time of payment and all commitment is made for same day installation.

*after payment*

while contacting on 12148 Mrs. Reshama is telling it takes 72hrs for

installation.

Other representative Mr. Nilesh tell it takes 48hrs for installation.

on next call another representative tells you have to contact you

nearest dealer for it. (WHY SHOULD I CONTACT DELEAR IN THIS CASE AS PURCHASE PROCEDURE IS DONE ONLINE VIA NO.12148)

Then also I had contacted dealer and told we are running out of stock of AIRTEL HD

box.

This thing of airtel is really very very hilarious. You are requested to

do needful at your end.

your cooperation in the matter will be highly appreciated.

Dear sir,

I am not able to talk to Mr. Gopal. Suryavanshi (GUJARAT AIRTEL DTH NODAL OFFICER).

He is always in meeting from last 7 days. As there representative responds.

On website there is a NO.07940037114. This is given as contact no. for Mr. Gopal but he is never at desk

from last week.

So my question, is a nodal officer appointed to server customers problem or to manage supplies of set top box?

as not able to do both...

Instead of him I had talk with Miss. Pinky. And was a worst thing. She

cannot understand problem.

And gives no of Mr. Narayan.(9898249071)

Mr. Narayan gives no. of Devang.(9724149070)

Mr.devang gives no. of Kripesh (9898452335)

I HAD CALLED TO ALL THIS GYUS. And this thing goes on.

So I doubt that is this the thing for which nodal officer are appointed. (VERY POOR ASSISTANCE)

Its really a very very hilarious thing about airtel irresponsible officers.

Hope nodal officer Mr.gopal. Revert to this mail and gets problem solve.

Dear sir,

If there is no HD box with AIRTEL they should not take order.

And there should be system like giving booking numbers.

When booking no. comes then only credit card should be punched for transaction. Why does AIRTEL needs advance payment for delayed services.

You are requested to look into the matter and install HD box at earliest. As I have seen online there are many problems related to late installation.

SOME RESOLUTION SHOULD BE PASSED FOR IT.

Instead of misguiding customers.

As this was my worst experience.

I would not suggest other to buy AIRTEL DTH.

Hope my problem to be solved at earliest.
