Non credit of tax

Dear Sir,

Sub: Not credit of Property tax Property No. 624700445 Madhuray W/o Vinod Kumar Rai

An amount of Rs.1384 was paid online through ICICI bank credit card of my husband on 19th April. But, this amount was not credited to property tax account as kept on showing balance tax. I have to pay the house tax again to clear dues. The credit card company on contacting informed that amount has been credited to merchant i.e Indore Municipal Corporation. Kindly let me know what happend to amount paid on line on 19th April and how to get it back. Thank You,
