Arbitrary decision By IndusInd Bank

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that I, Praneta Kansal, had opened a saving account (Account No.: 0049-E80560-001) with IndusInd bank (Branch: Hapur) on 30th May with a balance of Rs.-.After which i got transferred and could not continue transactions anymore.. Now after three years when I thought of re continuing with the Bank, I was shocked to know that all my balance has been made to nil. On top of that I have a debit balance now on charge of non maintenance of account which seems absolutely absurd. From being a creditor, they have made me a debtor now.

Kindly advice me on the matter as I would want my principal money back with interest.
