Infovision solution
Pf account no required

Dear Sir,

I was an employee of infovision solution and working for icici bank ltd mathura and working since last month. I don't have my pf account no. and it is not mentioned on the salary slip also, i have asked to my bosses so many times for that but they didn't replay. i am not a single preson who is facing this problem, this is applicable for all the infovision employees, working mathura location.

some time before we submitted a informative form of our employment to adma given by the bank. now i want to know how to get my pf amount.

my employee no is HDIEAL3009.

Plz help me.
