Still not received PF amount

My name is Ramanand Lohiya, Employed with ING Vysya Bank Ltd., for the period 1 April to Oct. My employee ID is W07E16367. As they do not take any action towards my PF amount. i applied for pf amount on 18/7 at ING Vysya Bank Ltd. 5 Malviya Nagar Rajbhawan road Bhopal.

Till date I have not received PF amount and also any feedback from them. In between 5 times I went to office and enquired. They are telling, its under process. If i call them, they are not picking the phone and if picked up not answering properly. My PF a/c No. is KN/BN/265229 and attached cheque no. is 023522. Please do the needful in this regards.
