Status report

Respected sir,

This is to inform you that I want to know the status of my insurance policy, the LIC office is situated in Rajgangpur (Orissa). The staff there is not at all co-operative.

They sent me from one table to another and they give lame excuses like (there is no paper to print the report). I have visited the LIC office many times and they keep saying me to come after two hours or so every time I visit.

Sir this is not a professional way to deal with a customer

It will create a bad image for your company. I request you to look forward to the matter and take necessary steps.
