Non receipt of service

Dear Aviva,

MY POLICY NO. : LMG1830299,

Term : 20 years

Policy: Aviva Child Plan

Premium Amount : 25000 PA

Sum Assured : 2, 50, 000

As per the policy term I have paid 4 installment timely but My fund value is only 1, 04, 007 (18 Feb’2011)

If I compare this with today market this is very low return.

At the time of First installment NAV was approx 20 Rs

Now today NAV is 32 (Aprrox.).

As per the company performance, NAV is increased by 50 % but my fund is increased by 4 % only.

As I have asked Aviva so many times to send my account statement but I have never received any response from your side.

After review of premium, I always found discrepancy in opening & closing balance units and always customer care person assured me that they will provide you all the information shortly but I have never received any response.

This information is also not available on customer login, I don’t know why they have started this service.
