Non withdrawal of money from my atm card

Subject- non withdrawal of money

Sir,

I am customer of U.B.I. having account No.556902010002023. I attemptted to withdraw Rs.10000 from ICICI ATM at sector 19, chandigarh vide transaction number- 2651 on 11/1 at 14:49 pm. But money didn't received. And when I checked my balance on same atm, vide transaction number- 2662, Rs.10000/- have been deducted from my account. Even though i had not recieved my money. I had made a complaint to the security gaurd to inform the authority about the matter, but he refused to take any action.

i had also informed the manager of the UBI Bank, Mr. Vijay Kumar Gupta telephonically.

So, i feel bank has cheated me and harass for the same. you are requested to look into the matter.

So please help in this matter.
