As per terms and conditions my policy matured on 15 Dec. POLICY NO-APS-AEA-147149A.After sending the original document no reply has been sent and no payment done yet. when tried to contact no one gives a satisfactory reply.
Most of the time no one attend the telephone. Other than the toll free number no other way to communicate with the authority. We are almost 10 airmen in the same condition and almost 25 lakhs involved. This gives a bad immage to postal life insurance.
