Dear All

I have applied for internet banking for my SB A/c held at Niot Extension counter, Pallikaranai, Chennai and inspite of several follow-up over phone.22462235 I have been informed frequently that the manager password has been locked and I would be issued the internet banking id and password as soon as possible and I have also registered the same complaint in the website few months back for which also I have not got any respond from your end as of today. Just changing the logo and displaying some catcy sentences alone is not customer satisfaction. Serving to the needs of the customer is the real customer satisfaction and that is the reason Private Banks are far better than nationalied banks in customer servicing. I kindly request to take up the issue with the concern branch and provide solution for the same without any further delay.

Complaint also registered in the complaint form and the ID is 6587 dated 19.02.10
