I have a policy No. 195841203 Ulip plan by Name-Sunil Kumar Agrwal S/ Om Prakash Agarwal Risk Date – 23/03 Table Term- 180-20 Agent 10506 19Y DO- 0396019Y
I deposited premium in your branch Unit III (SSO -159) as below information –

But Policy master FUP is not updated; however CDA (Cheque Dishonor Action) action taken on 25/03 but our account statement payment is cleared on dated 20/03 as enclosed of bank certificate.
I had been contact frequently with Unit III (SSO-159), Service Branch – Chomu-19Y, CRM office for updated of same and already given to application for updated policy master FUP from dated 17/03/09 however till dated I had been not found satisfactory answer for updated of same.
As our policy ulip plan so our no of unit (As per Ulip Plan) to allot as deposited payment dated 17/03, its not fault of my side I had been already many follow-up take from may, 09 for updated FUP status and allotment of unit in my policy from LIC branch.
So please updated of my policy master FUP with 17/03/09 deposited payment according to allotment of ulip unit
Many times to e-mail but not response for the same
I hope to you updated policy master FUP for clearance of details to enclosed with this latter as below-
1. Receipt of renewal premium
2. Bank certificate of clearance of cheque
3. Application of branch for the updated FUP
