False Commitment By Company

Sir / Madam,

This is to inform you that i Aslam Siraj Shaikh had taken your investment policy on 20-Oct and the policy number is 10176288.

I got wrong comitment from your company. I had spoken with Ashitosh regarding the policy and he told me that 1) " If i am paying 1- yearly for ten years so i will be get 6 lacs on my complition of my policy"

2) "If i am surendering my policy after 3 years so company will pay me 60, 000/- Rs"

3) He also commit me that "The company will give me this all amount on my name by account payee chaque."

4) HE also commite me that my name is gone selected by lottery system and you have to come in my office.

He is still commiting me the same whenever i called him. Now the thig is that my policy have completed 2 years and sooner or later is going to complete 3 years and i already paid 2 years premium in your company. Now i want my all paid money back as soon as possible.

please i requset you tp refund my money otherwise i am gonna darg your company in the conssumer court by proper court notice.
