Hello Sir,
I wanted to bring this to your notice that I had purchased two tickets for IPL match to be played on 17th April from Ticketgenie.in/ website which is supposed to be official ticketing website for IPL. I purchased the tickets on one month before.
My worry and complaint is that I haven't received the tickets or any courier details yet. I am forced to write this mail to you because there customer care number which they provided is non operational and also there is no response for the email enquiry. So in short I have not any option to contact Ticketgenie guys and I haven't received the tickets yet.
My ticket numbers are 233538, 233539
Please help me in this regard as this is really very annoying situation to me.they are just cheating us .please do some thing if you can.
