MISREPRESENTATION OF FACTS WITH FALSE COMMITMENTS

We have been cheated by ticketgenie, the official online seller for IPL tickets.& needless to say, they simply want to get away with it by saying "Sorry".

On 30th March, when nobody attended my phone calls & I couldnt find any info abt the tickets of Apr 11 Jaipur match (MI vs RR), I wrote to them, asking them very clearly if they have been sold out. But twice I got a confirmation from them that these tickets would be avlb on their website from April 3rd. Now, since 8 am today, April 3rd I have been groping on their website, calling them up, writing to them frantically to lay my hands on the tickets. Finally when Mr Bharat from ticketgenie takes my call at 12 pm, he says "We are sorry, those tickets have been already sold out long back" & when I apprised him that I have received an email from them saying tickets would be avlb from April 3rd, he sounded shocked and said that he was sorry for such a mail.

Just FYI, on their website, a link of "Buy tickets" still exists for this match (although it doesnt work) i/o clearly showing " sold out ".

Based on their earlier confirmation, I had already booked our train tickets to go to Jaipur.

Now, how can they get away by saying sorry?

Also, how can they behave so carelessly for an internationally coveted event like IPL?

I have the entire trail mail with me of their false commitments.

Pls help me in this regard.
